３．入荷品質管理
入荷資材管理の許容品質水準（AQL）を確立し、全検査、サンプリング、耐性試験のための資材を提供する。合格品は倉庫に搬入し、不合格品は返品、検査、再加工、再加工検査を担当し、不良品の追跡を行い、サプライヤーを監視して是正措置を講じる。
